Very cute dress but runs small. I ordered 6t for my daughter. She just turned 5 and is tall for her age. She usually wears 6-6x and some 7s. It's more like a 5t. She can wear it with shorts as if it were a tunic. But she has long legs, so no dress fits. The biggest problem was the very narrow neckline. I almost couldn't figure it out over her head. I bought this for a trip to Disneyland but I don't think it will fit until then.
