I attach this 3 foot harness to the abdominal D-ring of my scaffold harness. The rebar hook hole is large enough to hook into the rungs of a Werner Aluminum Adjustable Ladder and large enough to secure any part of the scaffolding, including diagonally through horizontal and vertical connections. It took some practice, but it's easy to put on and take off with one hand. I can get where I need it, mount it on the rung of a ladder, and I have hands to set up and work with. The rebar hook is heavy because it's so big, but compared to everything else it's still my favorite rope.
