Does exactly what I've been looking for
I'm a pie lover - I make a lemon meringue pie that crumples guests until they beg for mercy. It's not for everyone. that's more for me! But it's difficult to get things that spicy and flavorful, and when I stumbled upon citric acid as a single ingredient, I struggled to find a reliable source and voila. Revane came to my aid again. It's a decent price for the volume and is easy to add to drinks or sauces, which can take on a nice tart flavor even if you don't have a lemon tree handy.
