The screws are too big! best monitor accessory

The screws are too big to fit through the holes on the VESA mounting plate making it useless without major modification! I don't have the tools (or time) to drill large holes in a VESA plate, nor the time/energy to find smaller bolts/nuts to go through existing holes!
