Meh Skin Care is the best in toners and astringents
It's just ok. I use it as a toner after cleansing and before essence. Switched to this after the smell of Derma E Glycolic Toner was too strong for me. I didn't feel like it did anything for my skin other than removing residue and adding a little moisture. After that I switched to Clinique 2 Brightening Lotion and immediately saw the difference. It also took me a few sprays to moisturize my entire face, or 10 sprays to wet a cotton pad. There will be no redemption.
