Review on 👼 Halo Early Walker Sleepsack Lightweight Knit Wearable Blanket, Blue, Large - TOG 0.5 by Andrea Gleason

My son and I are big fans of the HALO Early Walker sleeping bag. We used to swaddle another brand but as he got older and needed the freedom of a sleeping bag we chose HALO. I chose this one because it was easy. We live in a warmer climate and his winter bag from another brand was too big. He doesn't sleep well without a comfy blanket so luckily we found him. The material is excellent, very light and soft. Contains no flame retardant chemicals, which is a must for us. My son likes to wear it with or without pajamas, we just dress for the weather. We bought him when he was almost 8 months old and he was only cut down a size. I took a chance and went for the big one anyway and I'm glad I did. It's big, but it doesn't drown in it. He weighs 21 pounds and is 28.5 inches tall. My only complaint and the reason I didn't give five stars is that it does the pills. It doesn't affect my son's comfort, but it does make him look cheap and worn. quite fast. He wears it all night and every sleep. It started curling even before the first wash and if you see my photos it has worn more than a month and two washes (angry mom but he always uses it so I have little chance for him to wash it!) He only wears it to bed. I would love it if HALO made a lightweight cotton version. I can still recommend it for its purpose and would buy it again.
