I ordered them for hiking in Northern Michigan. They arrived the day I left so I didn't have time to crack them but to be honest they didn't even have to. I've worn them on an 8 mile hike in sand, mud and water and my feet stayed warm and dry the whole time. No bubbles! I usually wear women's size 6 and they fit perfectly as they have a little room for thicker hiking socks. Highly recommended!
