Yes, it's tilt!

I love the color but they lean forward. My husband bent them a bit to make them work, so if you don't mind, go for it. If you want them to work properly without messing around with them, this isn't for you. I'm giving 3 stars because he could bend them in ways you wouldn't even realize but would definitely prefer not to have to.
