I have an old Tempurpedic pillow that is now flat as a pancake. It urgently needs to be replaced because it no longer supports me and my neck hurts up to my shoulder blades in the morning. After doing a little research I was shocked at how expensive these original foam pillows are - close to $100. I wanted a more efficient alternative that worked. I bought the Mugetu based on the positive reviews and the fact that it is also regulated. After sleeping on it for a few nights, I felt a huge difference. Neck pain is gone. I sleep on my side and use the bottom end of the pillow with the center piece still in place. You'll have to experiment to see what works best for you. There is no quick rule.
