Great for knee pain!
After my knee prosthesis, I quickly started teaching. My knee hurts! This ice pack was a lifesaver! I put it in the freezer at work and then took it out when the pain started. I could swap ice packs so my knee doesn't hurt! I also used it at night to freeze when going to bed. Good product!
