Comfortable but lumpy, good for pregnant women and pregnant women
There are very few pregnancy pillows without the traditional polyester filling and this one costs over a million dollars. Overall it helps me stay on my feet and my arm stays between my legs better than a regular bed pillow. I also really like the design as it has space on both sides for your hand to put it on the bed! My complaint is that the filling is a bit lumpy. While this provides a lot of support, I put another pillow on top of the pillow to make it more comfortable. Otherwise I didn't find it that impractical. Edit to add: The center band stretches very slightly, which doesn't keep the two "hands" together for a snug fit.
