About the same price as a plastic Ford OEM.

I trust aluminum over plastic. All I had to do was shave about 1/4 inch off the end of the rubber hose to fit the original Ford part it was replacing. I just used a box cutter to carefully cut the rubber tubing around the perimeter. end to get the exact orientation of the original installation.
