Review on Haruharu Fermented Moisturizer Cruelty Ingredients by Pamela Williams

I bought this product because I liked the brand's black rice toner and knew it contained lavender oil as did the toner. However, I thought it was comparable to a tonic, which I found to be quite light and subtle. The lavender scent in this cream is so strong): it definitely lingers after application and I feel like that amount of lavender oil can't do my skin any good. I am currently using it as a hand cream and the scent is just as strong as my other hand creams. Odor aside, this is a good emollient moisturizer that's suitable for normal to dry skin and glides on smoothly with no weird pilling.
