So my Beard is very used to wearing winter boots and I have tried many styles/brands with varying degrees of success. As things sometimes get lost before the spring thaw, I keep buying new sets and new styles, the ISOs are the perfect boots. What I like about them: 1) they are very well made and I think they will last a long time 2) the reflective tape on the velcro as it was easier to find lost things at night with my headlamp 3) how big they are , as they cover a large portion of Zoji's long hair on her legs, preventing snowballs from accumulating. 4) This foil closure makes them easy to put on and easy to press into place. What doesn't work: 1) There's something about the 90 degree turn from the hard sole to the ankle wrap that no matter how hard I make sure her paw is fully inserted (see photo before going out) when she does was out 5 minutes, they all slid forward so the area of the foot is free to spank (see left paws (two twists left and two twists right) but who knows which is who :-) So I haven't given up yet , because I REALLY want them to be the perfect boots, but I'm not sure there's anything else I can do to keep them on paw the way they're supposed to be.
