Can't beat the price :) the freezer bag sometimes tends to bulge when it freezes - doesn't look like it will tear - and the stuff doesn't hold up long in the summer heat BUT I work in an office , so this thing is perfect - I'm sick of the "office fridge hassle" and this was a GREAT solution: all meals for the day planned and ready to go, even if traveling works well Don't worry about groceries/snacks to keep organized and clean, and 2 storage containers for powder (excellent on a shaker. The shaker is good at times, the lid is a bit flimsy but closes well, and I like that the mixer is a flat block that sits on the inside instead a ball making all sorts of noises (annoying to work neighbors), this design is comfortable and quiet.
