You get what you pay for. The pump failed in less than two months and the Tetra pump company does not sell the XS pump individually. They only sell it to aquarium kit manufacturers like this one. All the other pumps I've seen don't fit the cap. Cheap junk like this product is actually more expensive than just paying more upfront for quality because it just doesn't last long. I should have known better. Update August 24, 2018: The product is what it is but this company has great customer service. I asked them to SELL me a new pump like the one above and they shipped it to me straight away. Is free. This is a company that values its customers.
