Review on πŸ‘— Invisibelt Original Clear Women's Standard Belt: Your Ultimate Accessory for Stylish Comfort by Danielle Erickson

Revainrating 3 out of 5

It's not what I thought. . . but the idea is good, it needs to be finalized!

I have only worn this belt once so far. At first I thought it was a softer plastic, but instead it's quite hard, giving it a "cheap" look. It's a bit bulky due to the size - I'm a short person so I had to adjust it to fit the thicker part when you thread it through the belt loops. That thickened part wasn't that bad, though. However, if I wear a tight shirt, this belt would not go away. It lay fairly flat for the most part, which is why I gave it three stars instead of two. I found the price too high for the product, but then again, don't expect too much from anything under $20! Still, I expected a little more from the product. I really just think it needs a bit of tweaking and it's going to be a great product! That, and if the plastic smell and stiffness improve then I'll be a lot happier. Yes, plastic has a strong plastic smell that drives me crazy. Another reason I almost gave two stars is the smell. I hope this goes away with time! Pooh! I shouldn't have been surprised that this product was "cheaper" than I thought given its under $20 price tag (excluding shipping!), but I was a bit surprised nonetheless. As I wrote above, I think the idea behind this product is great and I hope that the plastic smell will go away over time and the plastic will soften a bit so that it doesn't become so hard anymore. If that happens I will come back here and up my rating to four stars! oops oops! Still, it might be worth a look if you're looking for a low-profile, lightweight belt. The plastic smell is gone, flexibility has improved a bit, size issues, so for us short people there isn't much volume and this could be a great product! " -- I hope manufacturers look at our comments and think about refining their product - if so, I'll be back for another belt!
