Not a bad product, quite normal quality.

I drink vitamins for a month 2 times a day. I don't see any effect yet. In the spring, hair began to actively fall out, I decided to buy vitamins to drink. After 2 weeks of taking, the nails began to peel off and break. I don't know if this is related or not. I continued to drink vitamins. I'm waiting for the effect, but so far there is nothing to brag about.

Pros

The container is glass. Mica, etc., it is clear that they approached the packaging correctly.
