I feel like this product is getting bad reviews because the review questionnaire asks the wrong questions. My cat loves this! She spends a lot of time there. This is a medium sized cat that may seem a bit small to her but loves to crawl in and lie in for most of the day. Was assembly easy? It was a bit tricky to put together, but it's not a Rubik's Cube or anything. Is it durable? My cat didn't destroy it. She loves to chew on it and so far it has lasted about 2 months. Warm? His box. If you want it warmer, put a Sherpa inside. Cats love Sherpas. Considering it's made of cardboard, it looks really classy in my home. Certainly not as tasteless as a cat apartment. It's easier to clean than something with carpet. I only vacuum with a hose attachment. If this one wears out over time I will buy another one. Maybe I'll buy two and build them together. I think she will love it twice as much! This is a great idea for a cat birthday or Christmas gift. It's just a brilliant product!
