When I first received this bag, I had high hopes for it. I thought it was a very smart looking bag that has almost all the necessary bag features to use as a camera bag and small backpack and can be quite flexible in the use of space in the main compartment. The way the side zip compartment zips up instead of down/unfold when the pack is on the back was awkward at first, but this is probably more of a personal preference than a real flaw. However what killed me and why I don't think I can recommend a bag from this manufacturer as the top compartment of the pencil case ripped after only 2 weeks of average use 3-4 days a week. This is of course subjective, but I don't think I was being rude with this bag. I wasn't trying to stuff it or anything, just zipped up a change of clothes and the very light material of the spring loaded bag started to separate from the much heavier main material of the bag. Very disappointing.
