I ordered these glasses because I spend 4-6 hours every day on the computer and at the end of the day watch the occasional TV. I have severe dry eyes and although I like to read in the evenings I can't because my eyes hurt a lot. I wear them throughout the week for all my screen work and so far I've managed to read for about an hour every night. The glasses come with a blue light flashlight keychain and a card showing how they filter the light, a very nice case and a lens cleaning cloth. It may be too early to comment but so far I have no complaints and the price is quite reasonable. Next time I go to an eye doctor I will ask about it - I have been to several visits and have not received any symptom relief based on his recommendation. Wouldn't it be interesting if $20 glasses took care of everything?
