I chose this mascara over all other brands just because the packaging looked good lol. It really says something when a company puts a lot of thought into packaging. I think they put the same amount of thought into the product itself and it didn't disappoint. The ink worked straight away, no leaks or anything, they just worked and are pretty good quality too. Definitely recommend. Update: First I only used color ink, now after a few months I'm using black ink and it doesn't work. I thought my printer stopped working but when I take out the black ink everything works as usual, put the black ink back in, the printer doesn't work. disappointed. Although the color works fine when I take out the black ink
