I like how easy it is to set up and use for new employees. It's also easy to customize if needed. The scheduling of leaves can be a bit clunky but not enough to dislike as it's easy to make changes to any section. If I have some downtime, I'll make sure to complete some work using this tool. It has helped me keep track of all my time off and when I took my vacation days. I like how easy it was for me to use and navigate through the site. It's very intuitive. It's also very well designed so that it looks good and is easy to use. The customer service is also great. They are always willing to answer any questions or concerns that we have. I dislike that there isn't a way to add multiple employees to a single schedule. It would be nice if they added this feature. I'm able to easily keep track of all my employees' schedules and make sure they're all taken care of.
