Review on 👀 Neutrogena Healthy Waterproof Mascara Black: Long-lasting, Smudge-proof & Healthy Lashes by Mandy Martin

I have very sensitive eyes and have tried different mascaras. I even bought expensive hypoallergenic ones and they still bothered my eyes. I tried it a few years ago and it made a huge difference! I've been using it ever since! Goes pretty smooth. It's waterproof so it doesn't wash off easily, but I use a cold cream for ponds and then it rinses off really easily. I would recommend this mascara to anyone with sensitive eyes. Other mascaras would make my eyes bloodshot and dry, but I didn't have that problem with this one!
