Great platform for calls and great customer service

The team behind this product has been very helpful in helping us with all our questions. They have also helped us to add more features which made it easier for our members to use! The customer support from them has just been amazing. I would highly recommend this software if you are looking into solving your call center problems. Great service provider, friendly staff, great platform for calls! We love everything about hiya except only the price could be lower but they always give discounts so that's perfect for us. Having an integrated communication platform helps keep track of all member interactions even when away from their desktops or phones. The simplicity of using this service for all our business requirements, it's easy to keep track of your calls. It allows you to record call logs and have an overview about your team's performance. The app itself could be more user friendly. I would recommend that the UI looks more professional and modern. We are solving many problems by using hiya connect, we're able to see who is on the line, manage calls and also keep them in the loop with status reports.

  • Easy way tp communicate between sales reps/managers & customers during outbound campaigns.,We can easily send mass text messages / emails as well.to multiple contacts at once.It works flawlessly ,and no complaints whatsoever since i started working here 3 years ago
