It’s really really tight. I can barely get into it. I went with reviews and tips and got one size larger than my usual. I normally wear medium, so I bought a large. Not sure I would have been able to put on a medium, but to be honest I don’t feel the large does much to tighten around my abdominal area. Despite being a large, it’s also somewhat uncomfortable in the armpit areas. It takes a bit of adjusting to ensure a seam isn’t cutting into my skin.
