I'm 1.80m and the size chart recommends XL which is too long and loose. The larger fit much better but the ankles aren't as tight as you would expect from tights. Temperature rating up to 20 F (no wind) seems correct. While they don't offer the warmth of more expensive brands, the price has made them a great value option. Deep side pockets are great for keys and dog pepper spray without having to pull them over your pants. The waist is high for running - probably due to cycling or the model's physique in the photo - but that's just a minor annoyance.
