My doctor recommended that I wear compression leggings and from the product description and appearance it was clear when it first arrived as a quality product. It had the tight compression I was looking for. However, the bottom part of the tights was so tight that it was extremely difficult to put them on. When they were on me I felt the necessary compression and this somewhat relieved the leg pain I was experiencing. But after about 3 hours the cramps in my legs started and I took off my tights.
