Handy and compact but the anti-slip tabs all fall off

I love how it fits perfectly in the drawer but I've noticed the rubber anti-slip tabs on the bottom all loosen up and it ends up in a bowl of water, spilled on my dog's paws and outside the crate. I wonder if anyone else is having the same problem. Pretty soon it will start slipping as all the grip on the ground is gone and less than two months have passed.
