Review on O'Cedar Brands 8-1/2 Sponge Mop Refill: Durable and High-Quality Cleaning Head Replacement by Amanda Adams

Like many other users, I have had bad experiences. On the first day of use, the sponge began to come out of the U-shaped metal clip that holds it back together, but I tried a little , but without Success. I ordered this over a year ago as a replacement, the original sponge has always worked well. I'm not sure if they've changed production methods or if it's a different design to the (now - discarded) previous sponge. But sadly that wasn't to be the case as of November 2017 - I complained to the manufacturer shortly after writing my first review and they sent me a new squarepants without my specific request, so I'm increasing that to two stars, but it's clear they have some had quality control issues.
