Great for photo frames, really easy to remove and self-adhesive

I learned about these stripes thanks to (thanks to user ooo12) and they were useful to us when we wanted to decorate the wall with photos. These strips are positioned as easy to remove. The manufacturer promises that they can be removed from the wall without a trace from almost all types of wallpaper. They are also self-adhesive, no glue or nails needed. And although the product is listed as "POSTER strips", we tried them on wooden photo frames. The strips have been holding our frames, quite heavy, with glasses of different sizes (including A4 and a little larger) for four months now. Out of curiosity, a week later they tried to remove one frame, everything worked out. There was no trace left on the wallpaper (well, itโ€™s true, the wallpaper in the room is almost smooth, with a shallow textured pattern). Re-glued. Since I bought two packs, I can demonstrate both sides of the package at the same time. On the front side there is a plastic pocket in which the strips themselves lie, and a recommendation from a well-known TV show about repairs. On the reverse side there is a graphic instruction on the use of easy-to-remove self-adhesive strips Command, information about the manufacturer, expiration date (it is not limited), temperature conditions for using the strips (from +10 to +40 degrees Celsius). There are only 12 pieces in one pack. I'll show you the instructions at a larger size. The principle of gluing is simple, as is the case with double-sided tape. It is more difficult to peel off - you need to pull the strips not in the direction from the wall towards you, but in the direction along the wall (down). The strip is made of elastic material, it stretches several times and easily moves away from the wall. Since the price of Command strips is rather big, we were afraid to spoil them and, for reliability, we watched a video before starting work (there are detailed VIDEO INSTRUCTIONS from the manufacturer on the Internet). When sticking, there were no problems, in twenty minutes they hung 6 frames with photographs on the wall. Just keep in mind that the strips are not suitable for all wooden frames, but only for those whose plank width is sufficient to attach the strip (about 1.2 cm). But this remark refers to the selection of frames, and not to the Command strips themselves. I really liked the Command stripes for the posters. The only thing that bothers me is the price. In a package worth about 240 rubles, there are only 12 strips, they are enough to attach 3 large frames or posters. On the one hand, it's expensive. On the other hand, the wallpaper remains intact and there is no need to drill the walls. You can pay for this. In general, we were satisfied with these easy-to-remove self-adhesive strips. Addendum on 12/28/16 about experience with strips and comparison using double sided tape. So, my husband assumed that the double-sided tape would hold the frames as good as the Command strips. We recently added four frames to our "photo exhibition", tried to save money and fixed the frames with adhesive tape. All 4 fell off within 3-7 days. Although the photo shows that they did not spare the adhesive tape. So far everyone is holding the Command strips!
