Review on Outdoor Monkey Bar Climbing Tower by Brian Potter

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Easy to assemble (even when plugged in)

I was worried about all the hype. But I didn't break a single part, and I had no problem even drinking just 10 ounces of wine. So I timed the process and wrote out each step with colored pencils. It took exactly an hour and a half after I organized and sorted the parts. Step 1: The hardest and most annoying part, but thanks to another reviewer, I used a flathead screwdriver to press the little buttons for every detail so my fingers didn't ache after all that was said and done. This step took 20 minutes. Step 2: 3 mins. Step 3: 7 mins. Step 4: 7 mins. Step 5: 8 mins. Step 6: 15 minutes. Step 7: 3 mins. Step 8: 1 min Step 9: 1 min The rest of the time I spent picking up the pieces, reading the instructions, and laughing with my partner. When all is said and done I'd say it's not worth $144 so whoever benefits from it is committing murder (I guess). But it replaces the wooden corn triangle we used last year, so it'll probably last us 2 years. Edited Summer 2020 to add: I took it apart after years of use and resold it for about 75% of the value. The construction going on wasn't bad. Just make sure to use the blue pencil tool that comes with the kit. I often put parts or keys in a sealed plastic bag with instructions, label it, and tape it to the wall of our basement stairs.
