Broken screen and blue screen

This is my second purchase of this model. The first laptop was great, but this one blue screened twice in the month I had it. Both times the computer fixed itself, but a day or two after the second blue screen the monitor stopped working properly. There were vertical and horizontal lines, as well as curves. It looks like there was liquid behind the screen when I turned it off. Support online chat and call center said I dropped the screen and it was clearly cracked based on the photo I uploaded. After numerous attempts at explanation that it only looks cracked when the monitor is on. There are no cracks when switched off, but both representatives refused to deal with me and did not want to see another photo. Finally I asked the manager to explain the screen problem and he sent a prepaid box to send to their repair center. He explained that if I broke or dropped the unit they wouldn't fix it, but if they determined it was a hardware issue they would fix it for free under warranty. I also explained that I bought accident insurance when I bought the laptop, but I'm not claiming it was an accident because it was lying in my bed when the screen wobbled. Now the screen doesn't turn on at all. I will update and add more stars if Dell honors their hardware warranty.
