This backpack is so spacious! There are pockets and zippers for everything I need for work. The material is smooth, smooth. I like that everything I need for work is in its place. I know exactly where everything is when I need it. There were so many pockets I didn't even use them all. Cool gold zippers and durable. They open and close very gently. I use the handles on top more often than I thought I would. Easy on and off from the shoulders. Haven't used USB yet but love this feature as I use an iPad for work. So it's ready when I need it. I will definitely get this bag and see how long it lasts. I use it daily MF and visit 9 different buildings for my work so it definitely has a use! It's in good condition. It still looks like new!
