Quite upset about my first order of these headphones. I was so excited but ended up spending 30 minutes trying to figure it out. Turns out I had a defective pair. Just a red light came on and the left earpiece wouldn't turn on at all. When I received the second pair, I immediately noticed the difference. They were all ready in pairing mode and definitely cancel out some of the noise. Probably not a plane, but definitely cars. The only thing that's annoying is that they stick out more than is comfortable. I guess I'm used to having headphones closer to the ear, but that's the only thing I don't like and it's only superficial. Otherwise a good couple!
