This printer meets all my needs and then some. It does the same as my 7 year old printer but better. I love that I can print wirelessly from any computer, Chromebook, desk, smartphone, etc. I bought this printer because all my new devices these days are Chromebooks or something with Google. Anyway, I found that I could print to my old printer from my Google Chromebook, but got it set up through my Gmail, sent what I needed to print to my Windows 10 laptop, and then made sure that it was connected to the printer to print it. It was great and I want to be able to print from this device in the future as all my new devices will likely be like my Asus Chrome book and will only work with Google cloud printers. I also connected my Windows 10 laptop to the printer by going to the webpage given in the instructions for setting up the laptop for wireless printing. The printer connected to my WiFi immediately and was never asked for my WiFi password to complete the setup. This printer goes to sleep, but when you press the "Print" button from device to printer, it turns on, opens the paper feed device, and starts printing. Just so you know, the paper trap only pops out by itself when you press the push button, otherwise you can't force it to pop out manually. The benefit of this printer that I like the most is that there is a tray that you put a decent amount of paper in and once it's loaded you slide it in and out. I love that I can put a bunch of paper in it and not have to worry about adding more paper every time I need to print. My old printer didn't have the ability to put in a stack of paper and hide it in the printer. So I'm really going to love this feature the most. There are many fun features built into this printer that you will discover as you play around with it. I love browsing features and finding games like mazes, tic-tac-toe, sudoco, etc. and print them out at the touch of a button. This printer also comes with a scanner which I'm pretty sure works just like my old HP scanner except it's wireless. I haven't used this feature yet and will probably only use it a few times. So at the moment I can't say how well the scanner works, but if and when I use it I'll be sure to report how it worked for me. Overall I would recommend this printer, I paid 49.99 for this wireless printer which is a good price I got considering my 7 year old printer was about the same price when I bought it, and he has no options like this.
