Excellent platform for internal communications with employees

This has been an amazing tool! I can't stress enough how easy it was set up at our facility in less than 5 minutes (I'm not tech savvy). It's so nice knowing we have full control over who sees what information while still being able to communicate through my phone app without needing face time meetings between departments just because some people may be working remotely now days. Also great having multiple ways of contacting someone if they are out during normal work hours too which helps me avoid unnecessary interruptions throughout other times like late nights/early mornings. Nothing yet but this program seems pretty well setup from all accounts thus far - only minor complaints would probably come down to customer support team could use improvement here by giving answers faster rather then sending emails back & forth asking questions themselves before getting straight answer back. Great way of communicating internally instead of using email threads etc. I like how easy it was to set up my account once i had all of our contact information in place (we use salesforce). It's not very intuitive at first but gets easier after some time using! The ability to have multiple phone numbers linked together so we can call each other without having 2 different phones connected & ringing simultaneously has been great!! We are able to communicate much quicker than before which helps us keep clients happy.
