I work outdoors in all weathers so I needed a good pair of gloves that could handle anything I throw away. Fitting: They fit my hands very well. I'm one of those people whose hands are right on the border between large and medium. While the large ones don't put any pressure on my hands, they leave nice marks from any seams when I take them off. And because they don't have tabs, they can be difficult to remove because there's nothing to hold on to. The material they are made of is quite thin, so they are very flexible and not too annoying. Also, the material between the fingers is thinner, allowing your fingers to close more naturally. My big complaint about the fit is the stitching that runs along the inside edge of the thumbs. It's just not right. I fiddle with it and try to squeeze it to make it more comfortable. Also, the material on the palm doesn't seem to breathe as well as I would like. When I remove them from my palms, I feel them start to shrink a little. It's like they stay a little damp most of the time I wear them. Warmth: These gloves are ranked as the companies with the least warm glove rating. However, they are fine in most conditions, probably down to freezing point. I find that for the most part neoprene is also good at blocking wind. When things get wet they still work pretty well but degrade a bit. They seem to be a bit more susceptible to wind chill and the palm tends to get cold as bending your arm creates a pocket in the palm and sucks cold air in through your fingers. This doesn't seem to be an issue when they're dry, but I think the water is helping the material become a little less breathable. Warm air goes out, cold air in. It is important to note that these gloves are in no way waterproof. Neoprene is more like a sponge but retains its insulating properties even when wet. Grip: I was skeptical about the small touches on the palms, but seems ok. I would say they offer the same grip as a bare hand. Depending on the material maybe a little more. All in all these are some of the best gloves I have come across for what I need. I still have enough dexterity to handle small items, but they're comfortably warm even when wet, as long as it doesn't drop below freezing. I bought mine for about $5 and they were worth it.
