I take Mira to work with my favorite loose leaf tea. I fill it up from our hot water dispenser when I get to work and give it a little shake after putting the lid on to really soak the leaves. I didn't try to tip it when it was full, but I tossed it in my bag when it was almost empty and I've never had a problem with a leak. It is very easy to clean and stays perfectly cool on the outside when filled with boiling hot water. Personally, I always finish my tea before it's cold, but I've found that it stays hot for quite a while and I sometimes have to open the lid to get it cool enough to drink.
