After receiving the goods, I followed the instructions and charged the base. After a full charge, I placed one of the earbuds on the base and it wouldn't turn on. Thinking maybe I have a bad head, I tried another closed head. This didn't work either. I decided to go back and saw that even though it's a PREMIER ITEM, the buyer has to pay for the return postage! I contacted the company to request a replacement and was told to send a video of the broken item and they will replace it. You never answered. Fraud! DO NOT BUY!
