I like that it provides an overview at all times, even when not logged in as administrator or superuser (which can be helpful sometimes).

It's very easy-to use interface allows me quickly check if everything works well with my server/network devices without having too much trouble understanding how things work behind scenes! There are some minor bugs here n there but they're easily fixed by contacting support team via email - which i do every time something doesn't seem right so far no big problems yet :) For our small business we need just basic functionality such us checking status updates about servers etc., nothing more complicated than this software does really good job solving these needs pretty fast & efficiently!
