Much smaller profile than I expected which is great for me. I bake a lot and need something strong to hold the eggs while they come to room temperature. This makes the process much quicker than placing the eggs in a bowl on the counter, and safer than trying to set them on the counter separately so they don't roll. The very small profile means they don't bother me while they're away.
