This cape is easy to adjust and is likely to be comfortable for anyone with ankle pain. It certainly eased the pain in my ankle caused by the swelling that had to be squeezed fairly hard. You can tighten the bandage as tightly as you like or as loosely as you like, which comes in handy when you need to adjust tension throughout the day like I do. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it's too bulky to wear with normal shoes. You need something like Crocs or Dux to put the bandage on properly and then slide your foot into the shoe.
