I bought this flashlight a few weeks ago I've only used it for testing so far . Haven't turned off the lights in the elements yet so can't comment on weather resistance. What I can say about this light is that for the price it is one of the brightest signal lights listed on Revain or eBay (barring top tier brands). Very strong magnets (took both hands and a grunt) holding it very securely. The only reason I took off a star is the way the light heads connect to the flash controller. The amber side, amber front, white front and a yellow background light up simultaneously, followed by the rest of the light heads (exactly the same on the back) when the alternating pattern/flash mode is selected. It would make more sense if the two extreme amber colors alternated with a white in the middle. I didn't open the panel to check it out, mainly because it had NO info on how this thing connected, or diagrams, or frankly NO useful info, and I don't want to void the warranty. I'll soon pluck up the courage and open it up to see what's inside. As long as I have an even number of lightheads connected to the two ports, it shouldn't do any harm. I have purchased and tested over eleven (11) mini light bars found here on Revain and eBay and nine (9) other beacons and overall the brightest warning light of its kind for the price I have found to date. .
