The ease with which I can communicate directly to my customer is very helpful when troubleshooting issues or questions about their system/workflow! It's also great being able not having someone else interpreting what you're saying as it allows me 100% control in how they receive information - no room at any point during communication if something isn't going well!! Sometimes there are minor lag times between typing responses but nothing major & definitely worth keeping up w your tech team so its resolved quickly once identified :) As mentioned above communicating straight away helps solve problems quicker than waiting until another day / time frame etc.- we've had instances were clients have been quite slow (weeks) responding back after initial contact was made resulting into delays resolving our issue due high volumes within queues / meetings taking place simultaneously meaning response wasn’t received till next week!
