I used the assistant to cover the eyebrows, it worked great! I bought this to go with it as I've heard in a few places that it's the best way to remove it. I did exactly what the instructions said, let it sit for a minute and then started washing. I tested it on my arm first and it worked fine, but when used anywhere on the face it burned like CRAZY. In the end, I had to repeat the process about 7 times to get rid of all the pluses, because the product barely softened. I had to spend an hour just removing the eyebrow cover. When I woke up the next day, the entire eyebrow area was swollen and I felt sunburned. I think I had a reaction to this as I had to use way more product than "recommended". I've now transitioned to using only 91% alcohol. Not only is it a lot cheaper, I only have to repeat the cleaning once instead of 6 or 7. I won't be using this anymore.
