You have to have the Power Wheels 18 volt conversion!
Protect or lose! Used to protect wiring when converting an 18v drill battery to Power Wheels. Buy this, a 3D printed DC motor controller and battery adapter, and you're good to go. The fuse isn't blown, but it's reasonable to assume that if something goes wrong, the fuse will blow before it gets too hot.
