This is Opolar original fan. I have several others and they work fine. This one wasn't made out of the box. When it's on, whether it's low speed or high speed, it jumps all the time. It spins at normal speed for a few seconds, then slows down and then repeats. Contacted Revain to get a replacement and after receiving it he does the same. I got my money back. I think that's why they don't have a brand name on the list.
