Review on COMPASS Quality Management System by Pete Norris

I really like how easy it is for my team members who are not programmers or computer experts at all! It's very intuitive which makes learning easier than any other system we've used in our organization prior (which were more complicated).

The interface could be improved by adding some features that would make navigating through certain sections faster - but this isn't too big an issue as far as functionality goes once you get past your first few training sessions with new users. We have been able to implement quality processes quickly because there aren’t many steps involved; everything can happen right from within the software itself so no one has had time wasted getting up to speed when they started working here!
