From the moment I opened the box this tablet was faulty. I charged it fully, tried again, and the tablet wouldn't turn on. The video I posted shows a stuck screen just sitting on it, not restarting, not fully turning on or off. Sometimes it turned on completely, but while I was using it (mainly for web browsing, nothing special) the tablet restarted for no reason. Many times when you try to touch the screen to kill an app or whatever, it just doesn't respond. I contacted DragonTouch via email, they asked me to do the usual (reboot etc.) and send a video which I have attached here. Never heard from them again. I contacted Revain for a refund and UPS was here the next day to collect it for me. Revain makes returns so easy. On the other hand, it was difficult to get help from DragonTouch. Not only was the tablet slow or a little buggy, it was just plain unusable. I am very disappointed with the quality of the product and the lack of support from DragonTouch. I understand that issues like this can arise if I received a "lemon", but the company should do their best to resolve a similar issue or at least respond to their emails. Also, this model does NOT fit in tablet cases. I could only find 1 and it doesn't even turn off the screen when it's closed - it also mounted the tablet in a way that doesn't seem like the tablet is in there like it's supposed to be and it can slip. around that sometimes cover the camera lens a bit. If I could give zero stars I would.
